Our roots go back to the early 1960’s, when Rudolf and Ursula Affemann, a
husband and wife team, first began to offer their collective expertise in
Personality Assessment and Development to companies and organizations
around Stuttgart, Germany.
Their reputation for success at helping to solve their clients’ Human
Resource Challenges rapidly spread throughout Germany.
Yet, they were able to keep up their personal touch of treating each
client’s company as though it were their own as their consulting firm grew
and flourished over the next two decades.
As leadership of our firm began to be passed into the next generation
during the 1990’s, many of our clients were in the process of adjusting
their business strategies to a rapidly advancing global market. To better
serve them, we decided to branch out to North America and to adapt our
time-proven methods to the realities of this market and eventually, to
move our Company Headquarters to North Carolina, USA.
In the 21st century, we consult with German and North American firms and
find ourselves in the unique position of having extensive experience at
expertly serving the Human Resource needs of companies active on both
sides of the Atlantic.
While we are proud of our Old World roots and work ethic, we embrace the
demands and pace of the New World market, and as we continue to grow as a
modern international consulting firm specializing in the different facets
of Human Resource Development, we are dedicated to remembering our
beginnings as a family business. We are especially proud of the fact that
the collaboration with many of our clients has now continued as their
leadership was passed on to the next generation. |
